** The ID Usage Alert Service is not comprehensive and is limited to online identity checks conducted in Australia by our ID verification gateway service provider using the Australian Government’s Document Verification Service (DVS) or alternative sources. Importantly, you will not receive an alert if your identity information is used at a merchant that is not part of our ID Usage Alert Service. As at 5 February 2025, our ID verification gateway service provider handles over 60% of online DVS identity checks run by Australian merchants.
